Ownice C500 OctaCore problem after update

I downloaded firmware I loaded it on a micro sd card and rebooted the update started.
after the update is complete the screen display show white image and restarts a few seconds later

That is not ownice C500

It is Ownice C500 OL7002G Universal 2DIN

You can try download this firmware and reflash

If problem still there, try flash older firmware, for ex. 02.03.2018
