Can someone recommend what is the latest firmware for my OWNICE 500 bought in November 2017 for Skoda octavia 2 (2007-2017)?

I tried to update via USB flash.
Followed all the instructions here.

While the unit is booting up, while tapping the screen, a green text appears " detected ".
Soon after, a red text appears "scan usb error".
I tried with a USB flash of 8Gb, one of 128GB, FAT32
Tried to put the files from the separate folder, the whole folder from the archive, nothing worked: got the same error
